I am Nicole, your espresso obsessed community garmento.
A native New Yorker, I have been navigating my way through the fashion industry since 2007. I dropped out of FIT with just 12 credits left to start a receptionist job at a very large manufacturing company. I was enamored by the classroom but knew there was more value in human experience and building connections. From there I moved into design, merchandising and eventually landed my roll as a VP of Sales. Follow your dreams baby!
I found KB when I was on maternity leave in 2017. I was struggling with finding myself and Kantha Bae showed up and helped me with confidence and a community of mamas who lifted me up. I connected personally with Krista over the past year. I was struggling working with larger manufacturers and shipping to big box retailers. I felt a burning in my heart to combine my 15 years of experience with Kantha Baes mission. The pieces fit and I am honored to be along for this ride with the KB fam!
My most prized possessions are my moms OG records from when she was a teenager. Live music lights me up! I love going out dancing. Skimming through vinyls and vintage clothing & antiques will always make me smile. I love traveling and experiencing new cultures & cuisines. Cooking is a love language for me. I value family and friendships above all.
