Order fulfillment occurs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM (Central Time). Our small but mighty shipping team strives to have all orders out within 1-3 days, though there are times throughout the year, specifically during holiday seasons, where high order volume affects this time frame. You will receive a confirmation via E-mail after your order has been processed. Shipment transit time estimates, which vary by both carrier & service, begin from the time that an order has been picked up by the carrier. Please note that at this time separate orders cannot be combined.

Kantha Bae ships worldwide, offering shipping through USPS or FedEx, according to customer preference. For Canada and Mexico, while FedEx Connect Plus is recommended for all international shipping, options include FedEx Ground and various USPS/GlobalPost services. Please note that USPS partners with GlobalPost for many international destinations, particularly in the E.U., which may result in longer transit times. All duties and applicable international taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in payments to Kantha Bae. Please check with your local customs officials

Most shipments begin their journey through processing almost immediately, making it difficult to guarantee that we can fulfill address change requests. However, we understand that mistakes can happen! If you believe that there is a typo in your address, please reach out to Support@kanthabae.com ASAP. They will make every effort to contact our fulfillment department to find out if we can accommodate the change. Please Note: Minor errors in addresses may have an opportunity to be corrected, however it is unlikely that a complete change of address will be able to be facilitated.

Unless specifically noted with a distinct size, Kantha Bae's one-of-a-kind products are designed to accommodate sizes 0-22/24. Our unique 'free size' approach ensures that our items can comfortably fit a wide range of body types.

Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of our products, Kantha Bae does not currently offer customization or tailoring options.
