CANCELLATION / RETURNS POLICY

SHIPMENTS COVERED BY KB PROTECT SHIPPING PROTECTION

U.S DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: In the event that your shipment within the United States does not arrive within 15 business days, you are entitled to a 5-day window to contact us for a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIIPMENTS: For international orders, a waiting period of 30 business days is necessary. Following this, if your items are still not delivered, please reach out to us within an additional 5-day period.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENT

FOR SHIPMENTS RECEIVED BY THE CARRIER BUT NOT DELIVERED: Orders with KB Protect can be cancelled in such instances. For orders without KB Protect, we advise direct communication with the carrier for resolution.

FOR ORDERS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE CARRIER: If the shipment is not recognized by the carrier within 15 days of dispatch, customers have a subsequent 5-day timeframe to file a claim with us.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In case of receiving a damaged item, please contact us at support@kanthabae.com with the order number and photographic evidence of the damage.

MINOR DAMAGE SOLUTIONS: We offer replacements such as buttons, belts, or fabric for minor repairs.

SIGNIFICANT DAMAGES: For extensively damaged items, we will discuss the possibility of a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

Should you receive an item that differs from your order, please inform us at Support@kanthabae.com, including your order number and photos of the item and the packaging barcode.

NOTE FOR OUR ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS: Understanding the distinctiveness of our products, if the exact item ordered is unavailable, we will work with you to find a satisfying resolution, be it a similar item, store credit, or a refund.


OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

In cases where an item becomes unavailable post-ordering, please contact us at Support@kanthabae.com to initiate a cancellation. We will offer a choice of other items, store credit, or a refund to compensate for the inconvenience.

FILING A CLAIM

To file a claim for an order with Kantha Bae, please fill out our CLAIMS FORM. A customer support representative will contact you within 48 hours.

GENERAL TERMS

COMMITMENT: We commit to processing all cancellations and refunds within 2 business days from the approval of a claim.

REFUND METHODOLOGY: Refunds for approved claims will be returned via the original payment method, unless an alternative arrangement is preferred.
