HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
As of July 2020, Kantha Bae has partnered with a third-party shipping company! This means orders are shipped within 2-5 days. Shipping happens 6 days a week. You will receive a shipping notification via the email you provide at checkout when your order ships. **PLEASE NOTE that orders can no longer be combined.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Kantha Bae has an ALL SALES FINAL POLICY....BUT, we understand and value you first! If you are not completely satisfied with your one-of-a-kind handmade design, please email us at support@kanthabae.com within a week of receiving it. We would love to hear from you and hope you will allow us the opportunity to make it right!
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN?
Unfortunately, Kantha Bae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once it leaves our hands, there is very little we can do. We are unable to reimburse or resend product, unless the package gets returned to us. We do however offer Route insurance at checkout, so that if your package ever gets lost, you have recourse through them.
WHAT IS KANTHA? WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?
Kantha is a type of embroidery, hand-stitched by women in India and West Bengal on different types of fabric such as cotton or silk. Kantha Bae's fabric are sourced directly from India and Bangladesh. We use 100% cotton embroidered Kantha to create our products.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

U.S. customers now have the option to text us back to get in touch with customer service. MAY I CUSTOMIZE OR PERSONALIZE ONE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of kantha fabric each piece is unique and cannot be recreated. I do not accept custom orders and recommend keeping an eye on the shop for restocks so you're sure to grab your favorites right away! :)
MAY I RESERVE AN ITEM IN YOUR SHOP FOR FUTURE PURCHASE?
I cannot reserve items for future payment. First come, first serve.

WHAT IS THE WEIGHT LIMIT FOR THE WRAP AND RING SLING CARRIERS?
We recommend babies 8lb-35lb can be safely worn in our Wrap and Ring Sling Carriers.
