Hi, beauties!! It's officially the most wonderful time of the year!! 🎁✨
12/1 kicked off our annual 12 Days of Kanthmas extravaganza! This is a tradition we look forward to all year long. From December 1st until December 12th, we have surprises every day including launches of new product, sales, + more!

 

You do NOT want to miss out on all the Kanthmas goodness y'all! Tune in every day at noon ct to see what's new! 🎉 In the meantime we've had lots of Q's about Kanthmas so here's what it is and how you can be prepared! 🥁

🎄WHAT is Kanthmas?

 
Kanthmas is our very own unique, boho twist on the 12 days of Christmas. It's 12 days of launches, giveaways, surprises + more! It's one of the most fun times of year here at KB and we look forward to it so much!
 

🎄 WHAT to expect this year?

 
As always, 12 days of holiday fun! You can expect to see each day's festivities go live at 12p cst (unless we state otherwise)!

 

🎄TEXTS + EMAILS?

 
If you're signed up to our text list (or want to be) text KANTHA to 48418! If you're already on our text list, we will send out texts daily to keep you updated on all the Kanthmas fun. We will also have emails and posts go up at noon ct daily as well when the fun goes live!
 

🎄 HOW to be ready?

 
Sometimes, like all launches, Kanthmas can get busy at launch time! We recommend making sure you're signed into your account and have your address, payment info etc... all ready to go before noon!
 

🎄 FOR KISMET CLUB MEMBERS

 
Make sure you are signed in and signed into the account with the email that your Kismet Club account was signed up under or the system will not recognize your free shipping perks. If you face any troubles with Kismet Club shipping, discount codes etc... please reach out to support@kanthabae.com and they will ensure it's remedied for you asap!

🎄 SHIPPING PROTECTION?

 
During the holidays especially, the mail system can be unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing our KB Protect shipping protection service when checking out to ensure you are refunded in the case of any lost packages etc...
 
PLEASE NOTE: during the holidays transit times are longer so before reporting any lost packages ensure to give the delivery services and any stores you shop with through the holidays grace, and give your package a bit of extra time to arrive before reporting anything as lost or stolen.

🎄 WHEN WILL GIFT KANTHA GIFTS BE SENT OUT?

 
Any nominations for gift Kantha will be sent out no later than 12/13.

 

🎄 HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFO

Just your reminder that during the holidays/entire month of December, shipping can be a bit slower than the norm! However, we're here to put your mind at ease, that is normally nothing to be alarmed over and your package should make it to you safely! 

This means from leaving our warehouse, to the first scan, to your goodies traveling cross country to you things can feel like they're moving quite slow... but we promise they will be worth the wait! 

A big question we get during busy seasons is "My package is showing shipped but not scanned yet..." so it looks as if it's waiting to be dropped off with the carrier still when normally that's not the case. This is very common. Our shipping team has pick ups scheduled with carriers daily, so if an item is showing not scanned within 1-2 days of the shipping label being created that normally just means the carrier is behind in scanning it, or they just forgot to initiate that first scan in general. That does not mean it's lost, or is anything to be alarmed about. Sometimes a package won't get scanned at all during its journey and just show up. If a package does truly get lost, no worries! As long as you purchased our KB Protect program at checkout we have you covered babe! 

In light of the above, please unite with us in spreading kindness this holiday season by extending extra love + patience to our amazing shipping team, as well as all of the mail carriers! 

 

🎄 WILL I GET MY ORDER BY CHRISTMAS?

 

We are a small but mighty shipping team that works hard to get orders out quickly as possible so yes depending on the date of your order. That being said, once the package is handed off to the mail carriers the speed is out of our hands.

 

Ship dates for the holidays are listed in more detail below. 

🎄 FINAL ORDER DATES TO RECEIVE BY CHRISTMAS

Estimate for USPS, domestic: place orders by Dec 15 

 

Estimate for USPS, international: place orders by Dec 6 (passed...so best bet is priority mail express intl)

 

Please note that these are our best estimates! It is possible that orders placed after the above deadlines could make it in time for the holiday, but we cannot make any promises. After a package leaves our facility, we are all entrusting the postal service to get it to your door. Thank you for bearing with us through the busy season!! Happy holidays!

 

🎄 TECH TROUBLES?

The holiday fun is here but lovely technology doesn't take off keeping us on our toes during any season.

So if during Kanthmas you experience any technical difficulties please submit them to our tech survey which forwards your concern directly to the tech team (along with any info that might help them) here

🎄 WHEN WILL THE TEAM BE OFF FOR CHRISTMAS? WHAT TO EXPECT.

The team will leave for our annual company wide "Christmas break" 12/22 - 1/3. During this time the shop will of course be shoppable with plenty of fun happening and you will still see us on the socials here and there (managing Bestie group posts etc...) ... but we will be focusing time on unplugging and truly being with our friends and family. 

So please have grace as respond times for customer support will be much slower and shipping will be paused for a period of time etc... don't worry though! We will ensure any questions or concerns you have are answered asap upon our return on 1/3, if not potentially a little sooner.
