Our goal here at KB is to ensure that you receive your order in excellent condition; however, we recognize that incidents happen and errors occur during the shipping and delivery process. Packages are considered lost/stolen when they have not been received by you and the tracking updates have not changed for 14 days (domestic) and 30 days (international). You have 5 days from the day they are considered eligible to report to file your claim with Kantha Bae. Packages that have incurred damages to the contents must have claims filed within 5 days of the date they were marked as delivered to you per tracking.
DOMESTIC
what to do when your order is lost or stolen
- For lost or stolen packages, please check your front and back porch, side door, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to ensure the package is not hiding. If possible, inquire with your local carrier office. Ask your neighbors, friends, family and/or apartment front offices if they might have received it for you.
- Please wait 14 business days from when your tracking has had its last update before taking action. Our customers have typically seen their packages appear during this time period.
- If you are still unable to locate your package after following the above steps and reading through our FAQs page HERE, please fill out this shipping protection form.
- After you have submitted the form, keep an eye out for an email from a KB team member, they will work to resolve the issue for you.
- Please note you have 5 days following the 14 day eligible to report mark to file your claim with Kantha Bae. After that 5 day period the order will become ineligible for reimbursement.
what to do when your order arrives damaged
- Please fill out all of the information fields on this form and describe the damage your package/items have experienced. Please also provide any photos etc.. that will help expedite the approval of your claim.
- After you have submitted the form, keep an eye out for an email from a KB team member, they will help resolve the issue for you.
- Please note you have 5 days following the day the order was marked as delivered per tracking to file your claim with Kantha Bae. After that 5 day period the order will become ineligible for reimbursement.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
1: Filing a false claim for a missing or damaged package is fraud and is considered a federal crime that could face severe punishment by law.
If Kantha Bae notices the abuse of filing claims they will suspend you from being able to file any claims for up to 6+ months.
If it is discovered a community member is filing false claims Kantha Bae reserves the right and will take any legal action necessary in order to keep this community and shop safe.
