Our standards of excellence and nature of one-of-a-kind products led us to switch from a third-party shipping company to our very own warehouse back in 2022! We are proud of the thousands of orders we have folded, wrapped, and tied up for you guys over the years.
Our team takes pride in providing you incredibly fast ship times! You should never have to wait longer than 5 days for an order to ship, even during Christmas!
Below are our most frequently asked questions concerning shipping!
We are not able to combine multiple orders. Our warehouse fulfills orders so quickly that there isn't time to combine orders placed within the same week. If there is a special reason you need your orders combined, please email us at support@kanthabae.com so that we can try to accommodate you. *If you are international, read the "international customs fees" section below.
All sales final, unless you receive an incorrect item or item is not as described on the website. Reach out to support@kanthabae.com if you believe you qualify for a return.
It makes us so happy when you spread the love of kantha! Please enter the address of the person you are gifting to at the time of your purchase. We are happy to include a gift note with your order! Reach out to us at support@kanthabae.com as soon as you place your gift order with the contents of the note and any other requests!
Our goal here at KB is to ensure that you receive your order in excellent condition; however, we recognize that incidents happen and errors occur during the shipping and delivery process. This is why we offer KB Protect shipping insurance at checkout! This service is similar to Route, but is offered in-house by Kantha Bae! Keep this selected to protect your package from being lost/stolen/damaged during transit! Great feature to take advantage of and hopefully be helpful to give peace of mind in the world of crazy USPS.
